01Try before you pay
Every workspace can run one survey with up to 300 responses free, with no card needed. We encourage you to run a real study on the free plan before choosing a paid plan.
02Monthly plans
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the current billing month. We do not refund partial months.
If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid month and have collected fewer than 100 responses on the paid plan, we refund that first month in full.
03Annual plans
- Cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided fewer than 10% of the annual response allowance has been used.
- After 14 days, annual plans are not refundable, but you can downgrade at renewal.
- Upgrades during the year are charged pro rata for the remaining months.
04Response bundles
Unused response bundles can be refunded within 30 days of purchase if no responses from the bundle have been used. Partly used bundles are not refundable but remain valid for their full 12 months.
05Overage and transcription
Responses beyond your monthly allowance and interview transcription hours are billed for actual usage and are not refundable, except where a fault on our side caused the charge.
06Service problems
If a platform fault stops a study from fielding or corrupts collected data, tell us within 30 days. We will credit the affected responses or transcription hours, or refund them if you prefer.
07How to request a refund
Send your request through the Research Desk with your workspace name and invoice number. We reply within two working days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
